JavaScript Job: Engineering Second Level Support (m-f-d)

Your mission

• Manage all aspects of technical incident response from initiation to conclusion
• Work closely with the Customer Success and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and assess the nature of the incident on a technical level.
• Determine what Engineering resources are needed to resolve the situation to restore the service
• Coordinate all efforts to contain and resolve the incident, lead communication, and provide updates on the progress to the internal organization
• Conduct a root cause analysis for each incident to define follow-up actions with the Engineering and SRE team
• Help Customer Success to troubleshoot platform malfunctions or misconfigurations (working on the infrastructure level, such as the console, database, and filesystem)

Your profile

• Degree with a focus on computer science/business informatics, a comparable education, or a career changer
• Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript (React, Node)
• You are keen on scale-ups and, ideally, have already worked on a SaaS product.
• Fluent in English (German is a bonus)
• You are ambitious, motivated, and performance-oriented - and like to tackle things head-on.
• Team player mentality and open-minded for a (virtual) after-work drink
• You find yourself in our tech stack or are eager to learn something new
